These ads were targeted toward highschool kids. The clothing trend at the time was retro and Goodwill was a natural place for them to shop for a wardrobe. They were placed in highschool newspapers.

This ad was for buying a car at Goodwill. Goodwill gets cars donated and then auctions them off. At this particular auction they had a Porsche.
